The Vehicle Dutton submitted for the S.V.A test minus Door Tops, Seats, Seat belts, Canopy, Dash, etc etc etc!!!

"The Vehicle delivered to us", and all the missing parts from the S.V.A Test including: dangerous and poorly fitted second hand seats, deficient seat belt spreader plates, inadequate brakes for the number of seats, heat resistant protection removed from the engine compartment etc etc etc!!!  Had the vehicle been submitted for the S.V.A test in this condition it would failed the test instantly "V.O.S.A"

When Dutton was brought to task about why exactly he made these dangerous modifications "after" the S.V.A test certificate was granted his only response was to quote that once the S.V.A certificate was issued it couldn't be resinded!  Great attitude Dutton! I thought the whole point of the test was to ensure the vehicle the customer was getting was safe and fit for purpose!....  or maybe I've missed the point!
